Currently, we are seeking a Lead Full-stack Engineer to work on the trading platform, which allows our customer to profitably trade the US equity options markets. This role will lead, implement, maintain, optimize, and continuously improve the client’s systems and processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure to support applications.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with custom web development skill set (preferably with React on the Frontend and NodeJS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL (Apollo Server and Client), AWS Microservices on the Backend);
- Experience with using a broad range of AWS technologies (e.g. ECS, RDS, ALB, CloudWatch);
- Comfortable with securing a production container ecosystem (Docker, Fargate/ECS, Kubernetes, service discovery, service registry) in a continuous delivery environment;
- Proficiency with Object-Oriented languages such as Typescript and Python;
- Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns and best practices;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in data analysis using NumPy / Pandas (python) and/or R;
- Experience with Terraform to automate AWS infrastructure;
- Experience with JavaScript libraries High Charts, AG-Grid, and Material-UI;
- Experience with Prisma and Nexus.js;
- Experience with Electron;
- Experience in the financial markets or fintech;
- Strong mathematical background.
