Intersog® is a Chicago-based provider of software engineering, custom development, and IT consulting solutions. We help companies address IT talent by building dedicated software development teams either locally in the USA / Canada / Mexico or in our R&D centers in Ukraine.

Intersog is seeking a dynamic, creative, and self-motivated Sr. Growth Manager to join our team in Chicago, USA. The Sr. Growth Manager will develop a sales pipeline mix of high-value clients, work with C-level to develop and execute international-level business plans and combine with marketing strategies to manage Intersog’s client portfolio to grow sales.

Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key companies and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present Intersog’s services targeted in the US and Canada markets.

What your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the market by understanding client needs, and objectives to correctly communicate them to recruitment, and legal teams, to develop project proposals and solutions based on this.
  • Identify opportunities for client program expansion.
  • Play an essential role in achieving the company’s business objectives, directly (and indirectly) driving sales growth and improving our overall profitability.
  • Analyze the market situation, and develop and implement specific marketing programs and/or strategic plans targeted to the US and Canadian markets.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the leads. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Create and execute plans and presentations for Intersog’s services.
  • Attend software-related events
  • Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal team.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
  • Travel (according to health situation)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies
  • Excellent English in written and verbal skills
  • 4+ years of experience in roles such as Account Management, Sales, Business Development.
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Development companies.
  • Excellent client service understanding and management.
  • Proficient level of English, plus excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • Creative, self-starter, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Track record of working across an organization to get things done.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
